Each party package reserves our party room for two hours. How you decide to split up your play time, gifts, and food are up to you. Any time over two hours will result in additional fees. Please feel free to bring your own food, drinks, and cake. Although we do offer small snacks and drink for purchase at our counter we can’t guarantee quantity or flavors. Each package covers a different amount of guests. Ages 16 and up will not count toward your party package.

  • Booking in Advance: We recommend scheduling your party at least 4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

  • Customizing Your Party: Personalize your child’s special day with our range of themes and extras. Contact us to discuss how we can make your party unique.

  • Guest Information: Please provide a guest list and any special requirements at least one week before your party date to help us prepare the perfect setting.

  • Special Requests: If you have any special requests or needs, let us know in advance so we can do our best to accommodate them.

Cancellation policies

We understand that plans can change. Here’s what you need to know about canceling or rescheduling your party:

  • Notice Period: To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 1 week before your scheduled party date.

  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate your new preferred date, subject to availability.

Payment policies

Secure your celebration at Little World Play with our straightforward payment policies:

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of half of the total cost is required to book your party. This deposit secures your date and time.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due one week before your party date. We’ll send a reminder as the date approaches.

  • Late Payments: Please note that late payments may result in cancellation of your booking.
